So I'm thinking about changing my major.  Right now, I'm majoring in Computer Science/Computer Engineering. Yeah, double major.  Everyone told me that it was too hard, and most of the people they know who tried computers up and failed.  Well thanks, now I'm a statistic.

Don't get me wrong, I like computers.  Programming, though, has beaten me very badly, and all the classes I need for the major are extremely difficult.  So computers, yes; programming, no.  And programming is central to computer science.  It's fun, but only when it works, which is next to never.  I'm more of a people-y person anyway. What's really bothering me, though, is the idea that I've shot my GPA to shit for nothing. And that I have to explain all this to my father.  ARGH.

And normally, I'd post this to dA, but there's this guy.  A guy who likes/d me.  A guy who I have not figured out how to tell him that he's wasting his time.  And mine.  And now I can't post anything to my journal without him commenting.

On a quasi-happier note...I made my first post to my first (only!) community! Go me! XD Okay, so it was just a link back to this journal, but that's okay.  It counts for something.  I think.
